Support St. Paul’s

Even though the recent Covid pandemic has closed the building, St. Paul’s has continued to be  a busy place virtually. The Gathering Place and Sanctuary will again be home to many important community activities & events when this pandemic is brought under control.  The many of the activities noted below will likely resume when it is safe to do so:

  • Brownies and Guides meet in the Gathering Place

  • United Church Women hold their regular meeting in the Gathering Place

  • UCW uses the Gathering Place to cater to bus tour that visit Warkworth

  • Monthly community lunch

  • Community kitchen, where anyone who registers is helped to cook a meal to take home

  • Grade 8 cooking skills program weekly throughout the school year

  • Chop Talk, Grade 7 & 8 meal preparation and life skills program

  • Free greens and veggies in planters around town

  • Candlelight and Maple Syrup Dinners

  • Concerts

  • Family Functions

  • Funerals and Funeral Receptions

  • Seniors Exercise Program

  • Artworth, summer art camp for youth

  • Seven Hills Community Pantry (still able to operate)

  • Monthly dinner for the Warkworth Community Service Club

If you wish to contribute to any of our activities as a volunteer, contact the office. Or, if you wish to contribute in dollars and cents, use the DONATE button on this page.
Donations can be directed to the General Fund, the Abundance Project, Memorial Donations, the Benevolent Fund, St. Paul’s Alive and the United Church Mission & Service Fund.

We would love to have you join us for worship. You can give in person (cash or cheque) at St. Paul’s during the Sunday worship experience. If you would like to receive offering envelopes, please contact the church office.

All donations to St. Paul’s United Church in Warkworth are 100% tax deductible.

If you use Canada Helps, a tax receipt is sent with the acknowledgement of your gift. Tax receipts for all other donations are mailed from the church in February.
